Votes by non-citizens already hover around ZERO. This bill is meant to burden women, men and transgendered people who have changed their name from easily voting. It also prevents those without their birth certificate or passport from voting if they cannot afford to gather those resources. Those without stable housing will likely be disenfranchised too. This is an unnecessary encumbrance to any citizens right to vote! Understand for whom this is meant to keep away from the polls.
